Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items. The Cook is also responsible for the final plate preparation and presentation. 

As a Cook, you will:

•Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables

•Know and comply with Luna Grill Cooking standard

•Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes 

•Handle, store and rotate all food properly 

•Understand how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists

Our Cooks need to:

•Possess the highest quality of food standards both in cooking methods and presentation.

•Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

•Works with a sense of urgency, and is able to multi task throughout their shift

•Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
