McHenry County's top manufacturing company is searching for a 1st shift Maintenance Electrician to add to their team. My client is known as one of the best companies to work for in the US. This position is a direct hire with outstanding benefits and will pay up to $26 per hour with possible room for negotiation.
Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining electrical systems
- Installs power supply wiring and conduit
- Diagnoses malfunctioning transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures
- Tests malfunctioning machinery
- Replaces faulty electrical components
- Replaces electric motor bearings and connects motors.
- work with robot controller and programmable controller (PLC) to troubleshoot automated machinery
- Plans layout of wiring
- Diagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
- Diagnoses and make repairs in PLC programs.
