One of our clients located in Center City, a large health insurance company, is looking for customer service representatives to join their team! This person will be handling all customer inquiries regarding their health insurance plans. This is taken place in a high volume, fast paced enviornment. They're looking for someone immediately! Qualifications:

  • Need at least 1 year of call center experience minimum
  • Needs to score a 75% or higher on the Scenario and Listening tests
  • Experience with customer service on the phones
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to succeed in high paced environment
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize activities
  • Understanding of customer maintenance and billing issues
  • Accurate and thorough data entry processing required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access is desirable
  • Previous customer service or billing department experience required, preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a team environment
