A large healthcare company in North Phoenix is hiring for Outbound CSR Scheduling Agents!
Customer Service Rep Job description:
- This outbound call center scheduling agent position involves verifying and scheduling patients for prevenative doctor visits.
- Making outbound calls to schedule and verify the office visit
- Able to communicate and articulate professionally
- Mon-Friday start time ranges: 6am-8am, out time: 2-5pm
- Able to have basic knowledge of medical terminolgy
- Works in a fast-paced production environment
Customer Service Rep Oualifications:
- 2 years of recent customer service in a call center or front desk administrator
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Responsive, reliable, and able to express assurance/confidence
- PC skills in Windows-based applications
- Advanced verbal/written communication skills
- Will also require the ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision
