Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

A large healthcare company in North Phoenix is hiring for Outbound CSR Scheduling Agents!

Customer Service Rep Job description:

• This outbound call center scheduling agent position involves verifying and scheduling patients for prevenative doctor visits.
• Making outbound calls to schedule and verify the office visit
• Able to communicate and articulate professionally
• Mon-Friday start time ranges: 6am-8am, out time: 2-5pm
• Able to have basic knowledge of medical terminolgy
• Works in a fast-paced production environment

Customer Service Rep Oualifications:

• 2 years of recent customer service in a call center or front desk administrator
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Responsive, reliable, and able to express assurance/confidence
• PC skills in Windows-based applications
• Advanced verbal/written communication skills
• Will also require the ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision
