Job Description

A Real Estate Listing Agent for a Retail Location is also known as a real estate agent. You will work out of our retail office to assist clients with the sale of property. This process involves clients meeting with you at our retail office in need of selling their home and you advising them on how to get their home ready for sale. Although you will mainly work out of our retail location, you will also need to travel to your clients' homes so you can advise them on staging, home repairs and other needs for making their home marketable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Show clients comparable home sales so they can price their home appropriately
  • Advertise your home listings to other agents within our retail office and to the general real estate community
  • Offer referrals for services such as home staging, repairs and home improvements when appropriate
  • Regularly contact active and inactive clients regarding their real estate needs
  • Represent clients as they receive offers and advise clients on how your think they should proceed
  • Draft up purchase and sale contracts
