About this job
Successful management of small infrastructure, office and MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) projects including execution of move plans in coordination with project managers, space planners and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience and team leadership.
- 3 years industry experience in facilities.
- Prefer Associates Degree or certification in related field.
- Clean driving record.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated Interpersonal, Leadership and Communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance competing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Good organizational and strategic planning skills with proven decision making capabilities
- Ability to conduct meetings, provide team leadership, and oversee projects
- Ability to analyze and interpret architectural drawings
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project, MS Outlook; AutoCAD required, CMMS work order systems.
- Ability to travel as required 25%
