Positions in this function assist in monitoring drug inventory within pharmacy mail order computer system. Processes drug purchases, verifies shipments against invoices, follows up on discrepancies. Maintains proper storage of drug inventory. Monitors and adjusts/calibrates pharmacy equipment, fills dispensing units. Processes, packs and ships outgoing pharmacy orders. Pharmacy Technician positions will require state registration/licensure as applicable.
Reviews and stops pharmacy orders to ensure shipping to the correct locations.


Moderate work experience within own function.

Some work is completed without established procedures.

Basic tasks are completed without review by others.

Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or 10 years of equivalent work experience
Hours of operations are from 3pm -1am CST Monday- Friday; must be able to work a shift within that time
Ability to work overtime as business needs require
Ability to create and edit professional documents in MS Word
Ability to create, edit and input data onto spreadsheets on MS Excel
Ability to create and send emails in MS Outlook

Ability to obtain Kansas Registered Technician within thirty days of hire 
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Medical/Healthcare experience is preferred Ability to open documents in of SharePoint
