Primary Responsibilities: 


Lead inventory and FTE planning including tracking of actual results and development of forecasted data to plan for appropriate staffing levels  
Work hand in hand with upstream and side stream partners to gather necessary inputs to ensure models provide accurate data.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly FTE reporting and conduct variance analysis
Develop weekly / monthly reports based on customer submitted requests
Prioritize requests and balance daily workload
Create complex tracking / forecasting models and conduct ad hoc analysis
Interface with senior business leaders regarding capacity / inventory trends
Assist in leading remediation efforts when staff capacity issues arise
Prepare and present business case justifications
Propose process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with hard deadlines simultaneously
Strong analytical, problem solving and related technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years business forecasting experience
Solid background in forecasting and modeling
Ability to present data and analysis in an actionable format and influence senior management decisions that impact business direction
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, Solid macro and modeling experience
Project Documentation discipline
Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:


Knowledge of process re-engineering and change management

Business degree
