About this job

Candidate will be responsible for supporting the President. Typical Day can consist of all the following: Plan and maintain the President's calendar. Schedule and make arrangements for internal and external executive meetings. Make travel arrangements. Provide technical assistance as needed during activities like conference calls, presentations, projections, etc. or make the necessary arrangements with the IT department. Act as liaison between internal and external executives and managers. Assist the President in preparing presentations and in summarizing reports and documents. Plan, prioritize and manage tasks for completion on time. Prepare written and verbal communications on behalf of the President. Assist President's direct reports when requested. Attend management meetings, take meeting minutes and publish, record action items and follow up for completion. Use internal ERP system for administrative functions, producing PO's, completing performance reviews, reporting and data gathering. Keep highly confidential information. Other duties as directed by the President.
