Our client is currently seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant for their firm!
The successful candidate MUST have experience with no fault and personal injury. Very competitive salary + excellent benefits package!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary is contingent upon experience

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the review of legal documents contracts, case management, discovery demands and responses
- Responsible for retrieval of medical records
- Responsible for various facets of personal injury claims inclusive of oversight of billings and invoices
- At least five years of previous Legal experience, MUST have No Fault exp.
- Paralegal Certificate highly preferred
- Knowledge of personal injury law
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
- Ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner using sound judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving and organizational skills
