The best candidate will be an excellent cook with exceptional managing skills.

As a Kitchen Manager you must be able to lead other kitchen workers, organize workflow, and ensure high quality of meals along with regular cooking practices. 

Must be familiar with all of the daily operations of the kitchen, and must be able to perform any task in the kitchen if needed.  The kitchen manger often acts as the intermediary between the kitchen wait staff and customers, so strong leadership and communication abilities are a must. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

*       Planning and directing food preparation.

*       Daily inventory management.

*       Managing kitchen staff. 

*       Training and scheduling. 

*       Expediting orders. 

*       Quality Control.
