About this job
As a Team Leader or Shift Supervisor you will act as the first line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading Team Members in providing a great guest experience as well as assisting the Restaurant Manager with the daily activities necessary to achieve restaurant goals like sales speed of service and guest satisfaction. Team Leaders are responsible of creating an environment that is fun, friendly, clean and safe during their shifts.
Team Leaders:
- Must be 18 years old
- Have previous experience running shifts in a fast food concept
- Role model behavior that motivates and inspires others
- Train team members and provide continuous support and coaching
- Ensure food safety rules and quality standards are followed
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and high energy environment
- Are able to perform basic administrative duties that require shifting priorities
- Are able to lift 10 – 65 lbs
- Able and willing to work flexible and rotating schedules
