Job Responsibilities:
* Directs customer experience efforts to ensure consistency with Picture People standards.
* Participates in creation of exceptional studio photography.
* Ensures attainment of personal sales and sittings goals.
* Understands the Picture People culture and ensures compliance with all Picture People Policies & Procedures, as well as studio operational standards.
* Work with and support management in day to day operations of studio.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Available to work a flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Passion for learning portrait photography (experience or schooling a plus but not required)
* Experience in the service industry (i.e. retail, tourism, hospitality, and restaurant)
* Highly competent and articulate
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Able to demonstrate composure under pressure and in a fast paced environment
* High energy and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Works well with children and adults
* Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
