Job Description

A cashier at Chick-fil-A is considered a Hospitality Professional. A Hospitality Professional takes, delivers, and corrects orders. A Professional is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of his or her area. A Professional is responsible for and owns our guest’s experience. This is accomplished by being thoroughly aware of the menu and what kinds of requests we are capable of fulfilling. It is also accomplished by diagnosing and resolving any guest discomfort that may occur.
