Callos Resource is partnered with NVR’s Thurmont Manufacturing Plant, seeking candidates for direct hire positions. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable candidates to add to its manufacturing team. We offer competitive pay, excellent work-life balance, and long-term growth opportunities. You will be responsible for direct labor tasks related to the assembly of products for NVR’s homebuilding operations. Prior experience with hand tools, tape measure, and nail gun/staple gun is preferred, but not required. Experience in framing, mill work, trim and other related carpentry skills is highly desired. Positions are 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm, M - F) or 2nd shift (4:00pm – 2:30am, M – TH). Pay starts at $14.40/hr with potential to earn more depending upon experience.
