Wingstop, the Wing Experts, is looking for a General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation and profitability of the restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, managing food and labor costs, maintaining high food quality while delivering an overall exceptional dining experience to our guests. The General Manager will work alongside the other members of the Management Team to create a dining experience that delivers exceptional hospitality and food quality in accordance with the franchise policies and procedures. You will report directly to the owners.
The duties of the General Manager include but are not limited to:
- Operate a clean, well-managed restaurant
- Provide outstanding guest service
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures
- Maintain recipe adherence and food presentation expectations
- Staff store, supervise, train and develop Team Members
Must have prior restaurant management experience. We will consider people with Assistant Manager and Shift Lead experience in the restaurant industry. Positive attitude and customer service focus is key. We can teach you the business, but can't teach you attitude and personality.
