Job Duties:

• Warmly Greet Members upon entry,
• Check restrooms for cleanliness,
• Maintain Hot Chocolate Station,
• Clean and Organize Boot Room,
• Escort Members to tables,
• Other daily duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older - required

• Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs - preferred

• Clear communication skills and passion for guest service 

• Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend and understand English fluently - required

• Must be personable, professional, and team oriented

• Must have a good attitude, seeking to provide the best guest experience possible

• Knowledge of the Vail Valley including restaurants, activities, history etc. -preferred

• Must be able to stand and balance up to 4 hours at a time,

• Must be able to work consistent schedule - required

• End of season commitment - required

• Must be able/willing to shovel snow

• Must be able/willing to keep work area tidy -required
