A successful Marketing Analyst will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from four year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to present analysis and insights to team and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated curiosity for analysis with large data sets, an attention to detail and an unparalleled work ethic
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

This is an analyst position focused on campaign and optimization analytics for our indirect partner marketing team, including but not limited our Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Walmart, and Best Buy relationships. We are seeking a Marketing Partnerships – Data Analyst I. This person will work in the Marketing, Planning, and Analytics team to extract relevant data from the Data Warehouse and other operational systems to provide marketing insights on customer behavior. The analyst must have experience in translating business requests into data queries and in integrating data from multiple sources to create comprehensive and accurate data sets. 

 

Primary Responsibilities fall into the following categories: 

  • Create ad hocqueries to provide insights to partner marketing team
  • Help partner team optimize spend based on campaign results
  • Automate key reports for the management of a marketing program; Assemble and scrub data sets to support in depth marketing analysis
  • Interpret data to identify marketing trends and anomalies; Develop data models for forecasting/budgeting
  • Help partner team optimize spend based on campaign results
  • Manage data and processes between the data warehouse, data sources, and external partner/vendor tools and applications
