Mr. Tax of America in Robbinsdale established 1968 has a unique opportunity for full and part time, long-term seasonal tax preparers. Flexible hours can work in conjunction with your full time job. This position will run yearly from January - April.
We are looking to add the right people to this already dynamic team. The purpose of this position is to contribute to our customers' satisfaction by providing accurate, personal tax preparation.
Position Description.
Tax Professionals are responsible for preparing complete and accurate tax returns, explaining tax requirements and answering client questions while delivering outstanding professional, personal service.
The ideal candidate will have.
3-4 years of recent tax experience.
Knowledge of personal income tax Form 1040 and all corresponding forms.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Excellent customer service.
- Client scheduling is by appointment. This maximizes preparer and client's time.
- Office support staff handles phone calls, appointments, client check in, and final tax processing.
