EXPERIENCED PART-TIME BOOKEEPER
We are two (2) tiny companies looking for a part-time bookkeeper with experience. If you are a Junior or Senior Accounting student or someone looking for a great part-time gig - this is it!
One company is a design company and the other is a children's education - and we share one studio in the Eastlake Area [on the 70 and 71 bus lines]
You will be required to have the following experience:
- QuickBooks journal entries and classification experience
- Credit card transaction reconciliation thru merchant account
- Bank reconciliations
- Simple Payroll
- Quarterly and Monthly Tax Filings [B&O, State, and Payroll]
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Expertise in Word and Excel
- Able to work well with others and very organized
- Flexible schedule as needed around the 3-7thth of the month
- This is a 1099 position
Must come into the office 2-3 times per week [M -W-F]. Hours will vary each day from 2 to 6 hours per day [max 10-20 hours per week - busier at the beginning and end of the month].
