Our Field Service Representatives install, repair and troubleshoot IP products and services including but not limited to Avaya, ShoreTel, Nortel Cisco, Adtran, or Juniper CPE.
What you'll do as a Field Service Representative:
- Install and Service VoIP and PBX technologies
- Install cable, wiring, fiber and data systems
- Troubleshoot and work with internal customers under stress
- Execute non-complex program changes on PBX and voice mail systems of all types
In addition to strong communication and customer service skills, our Field Service Representatives must have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in IP /VOIP installation and repair
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the installation, troubleshooting and repair of CPE Products
- Formal training or certifications on any of the following CPE products: Avaya, ShoreTel, Nortel, Cisco, Adtran, or Juniper
- Nortel BCM, BCM50, 200 and 400 experience
