General Production Worker

All employees will be entering in as general production workers, which can consist of various tasks within the facility. A lot of these positions can be working on the oven lines, which consists of different parts coming down the line that need to be disassembled, and hung on racks in the proper places. A job like this is repetitive and fast paced. Other jobs can consist of basic assembly of small parts that go on the radiators for various companies (Honda, BMW, Chrysler, etc), which is also a repetitive line of work but not as strenuous. There are also forklift and tugger jobs within the facility that candidates can be placed in. With all of these different positions, candidate MUST be flexible to do what is asked of them. Some jobs will be more strenuous and physically demanding than others, but they have to be willing to do all of them.

Shift & Starting Pay:

2nd - (2pm to 10pm) - $12.60/hr

3rd - (10pm to 6am) - $12/hr

Once candidates go on permanant with the company after 3 months, pay will be raised to a minimum of $15.25/hr.

Mandatory OT: Expect to be working at least 6 days a week, possibly 7 days, with hours ranging anywhere from 8-12 hours a day.

Also the more flexible candidates are with shifts, the easier it will be to place.
