Electronic Test Technician 2 - Full-time / Part-time

Familiarity with, and a working knowledge of the use of analog and digital measuring instrumentation such as Oscilloscopes, DMM's, VOM's and other required calibration equipment.

2. Calibration and Repair to component level.
3. Maintain data consisting of traceable results and history of calibrated equipment "software/hardcopy".
4. Prepare calibration reports and certificates.
5. Maintain calibration standards.
6. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment where applicable.
7. Analyze measurement data to identify abnormalities, trends and/or predicting future values.
8. Identify Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment (IM&TE) out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action via adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, etc.
9. Adapt existing calibration equipment, standards, and techniques to accomplish unique measurements tasks for which they are not principally used.
10. Design and document measurement reference material for laboratory use.
11. Analyze calibration cycles and IM&TE inventory to ensure consistent availability.
12. Interact with other metrology technicians, engineers, and assembly technicians to resolve metrology/calibration issues.
13. Willingness and motivation to learn new calibration processes and equipment.

We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience with troubleshooting down to the component level, soldering, and testing.
