RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation of various items, which includes: slicing meats, cheese and vegetables for deli and salad bar, etc. - Front of house duties, to include: preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items. Serving hot entrees. - Operating grill station preparing breakfast and lunch items. - Some cashiering - Assisting with other food service-related tasks as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-2 years in the food service industry, including good customer service. - Good knife skills and basic understanding of food service equipment.

A commercial property management and development firm with properties in Norwood, Waltham and Wakefield, Mass. and Johnston, RI. Hobbs Brook specializes in leasing, construction and development of Class A office space. Our dining facilities are closed to the public, and available only to tenants and guests of the 4M SF office parks. Passionate and self-motivated individuals earn opportunities and will be placed within one of the parks' 18 dining centers. We expect our culinary staff to work well in a team environment, be flexible and accommodating to changes in schedule or facility, offer internal customers excellent service, show ambition, and bring the necessary skills required to do the job at hand.
