Urbana, Ohio established manufacturer seeks a fulltime Maintenance Technician.
Pay minimum $15/hour to start.
1st Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
Must have knowledge of punch press, horizontal mills and drill press machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production, as well as scheduled maintenance repairs.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities as well as fabrication, welding and assembly.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and local, state and federal regulations.
Requirements include:
Minimum of 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Prescreen testing required.
Protective gear required (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses).
Ability to stand continuously and lift up to 50 pounds.
