If yes, you could be Oakwood's next NATIONAL ACCOUNT LIAISON! In this exciting position, you will be the heart and soul of your team's business operations and activities. You will anticipate the needs of your manager, our clients and fellow team members and assist in resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

Your Hours and Location: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Please note these hours will reflect either Central Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time). Our office is conveniently located just off the I-17 at the Dunlap exit near the Metro Center.

What Your Day Is Like
- Partner with local field offices to book reservations for our clients
- Respond to a large volume of client needs in a timely manner and provide resolution to escalated client concerns
- Manage extension requests & approvals, rate approvals and add-ons
- Process all move-in related paperwork for client accounts and provide a secondary level of support to clientele via phone and email
- Assist with collecting and processing payments for clients
Best Candidates Will Have
• 1 year of sales support experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships
• Strong attention to detail
