Primary Responsibilities:
Edits transcribed reports
Ensures transcribed reports are distributed to referring physicians within 72 hours
Researches reports not distributed within 72 hours
Incorporates corrections and/or additions to reports requested by radiologist and clinics
Scans reports into PACS for permanent retention
Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor and conduct business in a professional manner
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED required
Must know medical terminology specifically terms used in Radiology
Two to five years of experience working in a radiology clinic/department
Computer proficient
