ANOW operates within nationally recognized furniture, electronics and appliance retailers to provide credit-constrained customers the opportunity to acquire ownership of merchandise through the lease to own option.
Our Lead Sales Associates:
If you have:
Sales/customer service experience
A valid driver’s license
A high school diploma or equivalent
And if you are:
Able to work full time retail hours: 40 hours per week including nights, weekends and some holidays
Friendly with terrific interpersonal skills
Highly motivated

- Assist with training and guidance of Sales Associates
- Drive execution of company initiatives
- Offer enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales guidance to customers in order to close sales opportunities
- Provide exemplary customer service to our customers and our retail partner’s store associates
