If you're not a Wax Specialist, there's no reason to fret--our comprehensive training will teach you all the secrets to Revealing Beautiful Skin.The Reservation Center Associate will join the Guest Experience department as a key player in providing our guests with an exceptional phone experience. This position will be responsible for answering phones and booking reservations for five of our locations. The Reservation Center Associate will handle all functions of scheduling, changing and cancelling reservations.Here's what we're looking for:
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
- A professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
