Field/Business Consultant

As a Field Consultant/Business Consultant for Subway Development in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, you will visit Subway shops and consult with franchise owners, their managers and staff to help improve operational standards through guidance, training, and advice concerning sales, marketing and profitability. As a part of our team, you will also assist in new shop openings, transfers, training workshops, presentations, and other special assignments.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership qualities that include the ability to problem solve. Ability to work without direct supervision, good time management skills, good computer knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A reliable and insured vehicle, a valid driver's license with a good driving history, and live within the San Mateo and San Francisco Counties.

Subway or fast food restaurant experience, particularly in-store management or Field Representative/Consultant will be helpful.
