About this job
There is no relocation assitance offered for this position. This is a 4-5 month contract to hire. This is located in Anoka and will have standard first shift business hours.
Responsible for self-pay follow up and contacting patients on outstanding medical debt & assisting with billing inquiries
* Collecting unpaid self pay balances with zero complaints
* Placing outbound and receiving incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Respond to patient inquiries i.e. Insurance questions, billing questions, Financial Assistance
* Process forms and applications i.e. Credit Cards, Financial Assistance
* Request additional account information when necessary
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Complete file/account documentation
* HIPAA Compliant
