About this job
The Practice:
- The expectations for the incoming physician will be a combination Outpatient/Inpatient management of the patient at their primary residence.
- We are NOT Home Health but a program that is designed to see patient at their primary residency.
- Schedule:
- Mon. - Wed.: 8:30a to 4:30p
- Thur.: See patients in morning then you will lead a teaching seminar for your POD
- Friday: Dedicated to getting all reports done for the week
- Averages 4 - 5 patients per day
- EMR: Allscripts
- Call: 1:5 â€" Primarily Consultative pager call
- Employer provides to each physician:
- Laptop â€" touchscreen tablet with Wi-Fi adaptor
- iPhone with secured VPN network
- (3) Kits: (1) with all scopes & gloves, (1) E kit w/ nebulizer & catheters, (1) kit of meds and steroids
- We can sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates
The Financials:
- GREAT Base salary + production = $270K
- Base Salary: $225K
- Production: Flat rate of 20% of Base Salary - $45K
- Car Allowance: $850/month
- Vacation:
- Year 1: 7 weeks Year 2: 8 weeks
- CME $3,000
- Relocation: Covered by facility + will pay for a house hunting trip and temp housing
- Full executive benefits package + 401K with a 50% match, etc.
