May work with Subject Matter Experts to obtain procedural and business information.  Will include design and development of online and web-based performance support tools and materials.Primary Responsibilities: Analyze varying document types to identify context, similarities and differencesApply decomposition strategy to break documents down into smaller cases/chunksCreate, transform and maintain HTML solutions for the organization's knowledge baseAttend to details and review content to ensure accuracy, applicability and conformity to established standardsContribute to the development of high-quality technical documentation regarding Knowledge Transformation technology and processesAnalyze business needs/requirements and determine, in conjunction with other departments, best approach for content delivery in the organization’s knowledge basesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Working knowledge of HTML preferred

Requirements:High School Diploma/GED3+ years of professional use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint2+ years of experience in writing policies and procedures                             Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business/Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field         Previous experience in the healthcare industry          Basic HTML experience strongly preferred           Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
