In the role of Payroll Coordinator, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Coordinator assists in managing payroll for all corporate work sites and support centers, a total of 750+ team members. The Payroll Coordinator will enter payroll and benefits information into the various payroll systems, run bi-weekly payroll, and producing the various reports required for planning and tracking for the organization.
Tasks and Accountabilities
-Receive payroll summary reports from all off-site locations
-Process multi-site OT calculations and recons
-Enter employee changes into the payroll system
-Assist with manual entries into payroll systems
-Assist with completing employment verifications for onboarding
-Assist in the entries of deductions and garnishments
-Entering data for various payment platforms such as direct deposit, Global Cash Pay Card, etc
-Research pay discrepancies as needed
-Import payroll data and correct errors as needed
-Assist with tracking tax credits

-Demonstrated knowledge of HR databases and payroll systems -Effective communication skills, both oral and written -Technical knowledge of payroll systems -Demonstrated advanced Excel and Word Skills -Adheres to HR fiduciary responsibilities and privacy requirements -High School Diploma and GED required -Min 3-5 years experience with payroll systems -Team Player
