Tableau Business Analyst - Multiple Locations

We have an opportunity for a Tableau Business Analyst to work with our Optum group in Claims Operations. This is an office based role in any of the following office locations: Eden Prairie MN, International Falls MN, Duluth MN, Orlando FL, Brentwood TN, Hartford CT, or Houston TX.   Yes, we share a mission that inspires. It's the opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm)  We are a team of skilled and fun business analysts, and we are looking for another great Senior Business Analyst to join us. You will meet with client managers to assess and interpret their needs. You will identify and design technology solutions for client requirements. You will use various data query tools to access many data sources including SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase. You will work with and assist technical teams in developing solutions. You will obtain expertise in claim and quality processes, and you will serve as a consulting resource for our clients and managers.
Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements
Program and construct solutions
Test reports and program objects for quality
Review deliverables to ensure suitability
Manage developer utilization and assist in managing the software release schedule
Provide business consulting to teammates, managers, and users

Required Qualifications:

BA / BS in MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Business related field or relevant work experience
Tableau application experience
2+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and / or report development
Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
Preferred Qualifications:

SQL Server and SSRS experience
Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Excel
Project Management Certification or relevant Project Management experience
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Experience working in healthcare claim industry
