About this job
We are currently looking to hire a millwright superintendent for a company here in Cedar Rapids. The position would be first shift, Monday-Friday. The main job duties for the candidate will include; assisting in planning jobs, working with maintenance coordinators, and overseeing various projects.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and creating basic spreadsheets)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Ability to oversee installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of heavy industrial equipment
