Aerotek's client, an industry leading healthcare insurance company is currently seeking a customer service professional for multiple locations in Westchester County, NY. To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must have:
1) Call center/Customer Service Experience
2) Healthcare background
3) BILINGUAL IS REQUIRED
Candidates will be required to perform the following tasks on a regular basis:
1) Handle both over the phone and face to face customer service
2) Understand medical terminology, especially the Mediciad population
3) Input data into proprietary database
