Lead projects to meet data file transaction quality, business and compliance requirements
Lead and manage customer readiness activities related to data files
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Support Team growth objectives by expanding business footprint 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in business analysis that includes writing business and / or system requirements
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices (often in accepted project methodology artifacts) while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
Intermediate level of proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in the UHG / Optum enterprise
Previous experience with SQL and Access
Previous experience with project participation or management
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting all deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Skilled at problem - solving, follow through, and resolution
Sales and customer service mentality and ability to promote the services of the team
