About this job
This person will be providing patient and provider services by scheduling appointments for the clinics different locations. Duties include: provide high level of customer service, appointment scheduling, update insurance over the phone.
Actively works wait-lists in EPIC for all providers and dermatology clinic locations.
Ensure patients know where their appts. are, who with and when they should arrive by sending out new patient packets.
Other duties:
Help maintain the waiting room by keeping a neat and orderly appearance. Back up Patient Navigators and intake coordinators for optimum coverage and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months in the medical field
Minimum of a year in a cusotmer service roll with heavy phone use
High School Diploma
