About this job

Job Description: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

-Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

-This is role is for Inbound. Inbound calls are generated from a letter that was sent out to customer or a customer returning a message left from earlier. Typically handle 60 calls a day. Must be okay with metrics and a very set schedule and day.

Qualifications:

-Must have good Excel Skills
-Must have ability to navigate a computer system and multiple databases.
-Must have some form of customer service
-High attention to detail
-Ability to type and talk at same time
