Field Auditor - Full-time

Data collection and management throughout a project is a critical element of our success. As such, we are looking for a highly capable, reliable, responsible, articulate Field Auditor to help support our projects.

Job Summary: This is a salaried, full-time, permanent position that supports our professional services projects.

Summary of Essential Job Functions: * Collects information on existing street light fixtures, including wattage type, fixture style, ownership and location * Marks the information on a mobile Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking device (provided by Tanko Lighting) * Reports information on a daily basis * Meets daily quota of completed fixtures * Assists with public communication when needed (e.g. showing ID and explaining purpose of work to police officers and/or general public if asked) * Drives to various locations throughout a city to collect information on existing street light fixtures * Navigates streets throughout a city to determine the best routes and avoid delays * Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: * Proficient command of the English language * Impeccable attention to detail * Incredibly responsible and reliable person * Ability to accurately read maps * Licensed driver with good driving record * Ability to work on a team, follow instructions and meet tight deadlines * Good communications skills, especially in dealing with authority and the general public * Experience with energy efficiency audits or related field work preferred * Ability to travel - up to 100% of the time * Immediate availability
