Lifeguard Positions in Orlando & Winter Garden - Full-time / Part-time

USA Management is seeking DRIVEN individuals for lifeguard positions in the Orlando and Winter Garden areas in Florida. The applicant must aspire to grow with position and always provide 110% customer service and safety of the facility. USA is also seeking applicants who value the importance of arriving to work on time and providing consistency in labor and actions.

It is beneficial for the applicant to be current in a nationally recognized Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification. If not currently certified, USA Management can help you get certified.  Knowledge of testing water, pool chemicals and filtration system is preferred but not necessary due to on site training. Applicant must pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers
• Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas
• Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid
• Maintains order in swimming areas
• Maintain continuous surveillance of people in swimming facilities
• Provide safety information to people prior to them indulging in a water sport
• Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene
• Maintain accurate records of pool use and chemical levels
• Check safety of rescue tubes and buoys and perform needed maintenance
• May conduct or officiate at swimming meets
• May give swimming instructions
