About this job
The Successful Candidate must have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 3+ years HR experience, preferably in high technology/manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize them properly while meeting deadlines
- Customer service oriented
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality with regard to employee and business issues
- Ability to build strong partnerships with line managers
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, Advanced Excel) with some HRIS exposure (ADP Employease)
