Press Operator

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.   Largo, FL. high end manufacturing facility is seeking a high speed Punch Press Operator.

         Pay $ 11.50/hr.

         Second shift.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

         Counting and packaging metal parts as they come out of the machine.

         Work at a steady pace and keep up with the machine that is producing the part.

         Constantly watching how quickly boxes are being filled and pushing the filled boxes along a conveyor to be taped and moved to another area.

         Must be safety minded and always wear provided safety equipment.

         Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

         Observes and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need to adjustments or repairs.

         Keep work area clean and lubricate machines, if needed in accordance to instructions.

Requirements Include:

         Experience as a machine operator in a similar type of environment.

         Ability to push, pull, and lift 50llbs.

         Ability to stand at a machine throughout a shift, which could be 10 hrs.

         This is a repetitive position,, that requires strong attention to detail.

         Ability to count and keep track of multiple things at the same time.

         Desire to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

         Strong work ethic.

         Excellent attendance and punctuality.
