Shift/Support Manager (Certified Swing Manager)

Certified Shift/Support Managers have been shift verified leaders in the restaurant. These individuals provide leadership for many of the daily shifts, have responsibilities in one of the Restaurant Departments, and provide direct coaching for Crew and Crew Trainers.

Job Requirements
Must be 18 years old upon certification, have completed Crew Trainer Certification, have High School diploma. Demonstrates leadership potential and makes a commitment for 2 or more years of service after certification. McDonald's experience is required.
