General Job Description

The Client Access Control Administrator is responsible for the enforcement of Client Sciences badge and security access guidelines. The Client Access Control Administrator must be fully trained and thoroughly knowledgeable of all Client Sciences security guidance’s, Client Sciences operating procedures, emergency response procedures and security procedures. They must be capable of guidance enforcement, consistency and cooperation between Client Sciences employees, contractors, and visitors. The Client Access Administrator must possess strong interpersonal skills and must demonstrate excellent communication skills. The Client Access Control Administrator works under the direct supervision of the AlliedBarton Account Manager, while working closely with the AlliedBarton Assistant Manager, and Client Sciences security management personnel.

General Responsibilities

  • Implement the Client Photo ID process including production of Client Photo ID's and exporting photos to Client information systems on Client's
  • Ongoing coordination with Client employees at large, receptionists, Facilities personnel and managers as well as Security Function Owners at non -Foster City Client
  • Exercise skill in the use and operation of security systems including basic troubleshooting knowledge to ensure a problem is well understood and that repairs or modifications can be efficiently
  • Administer the security systems service call process for Client including placing service calls to 3rd party systems integrators and/or Security Function Owners as appropriate. Track and analyze the service call requirements, reconcile 3rd party invoices by comparing them to Client Security Support Function records and make recommendations on payment or adjustment of those
  • Electronic Access Control System database administration, configuration and integrity of the enrolling, modification and deleting process of cardholder records including facilitating the Restricted Area Manager program.

  • Lock and Key Access Control System database administration, configuration a nd integrity of the enrolling, modification and deleting process of key holder records .
  • Maintain inventory of Badge and Key related materials in a neat and orderly manner. Submit requests for new supplies to keep materials at an acceptable
  • Complete all mandatory Client training including, but not limited to: EHS, GMP/GxP, HAZMAT response, or other training that may be required by government regulation or customary in the

Qualifications:

  • Strong back ground in an environment that utilizes exceptional interpersonal skills. IE…Military, Law Enforcement, Security,
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Type a minimum of 35 wpm with an 80% accuracy rate.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and fellow security specialists.
  • Demonstrated success in effective team leading.
  • This individual must be self-motivated and capable of anticipating requirements.
  • No performance disciplinary actions with AlliedBarton Security Services within the last 12 months.
