Through our unique partnerships with Name of School and Workforce Incentive Programs, Trilogy is offering qualified individuals an opportunity to participate in a FREE CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) training program. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to interview for a position at one of our award winning health campuses. Class Schedule: July 11th -14th 8:30-4:30 (classes), and July 18th and 19th 8:30-4:30 for clinicals.  These will BE HELD AT CUMBERLAND POINTE 1051 CUMBERLAND AVE, WL, IN, HOWEVER ONCE COMPLETED, THE SPRINGS OF LAFAYETTE AND ST MARY HEALTH CARE ARE THE CAMPUSES WHO WILL INTERVIEW YOU FOR HIRE IN LAFAYTTE.

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:

• Must have current, unencumbered, state CNA license [must be able to provide all necessary documentation] and a High School diploma [or equivalent]
• Prior Long Term Care experience
• Strong clinical skills
• The ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions
• Able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition and ability to make independent decisions when warranted
• A compassionate commitment to customer service and love of the elderly
