Successful Inbound Retention Sales Associates are individuals that have:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening
• An experienced ability to multi-task on a computer
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good documentation abilities
• The ability to ask for a sale on every call
• Ability to think outside of the box and solve customer issues
• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• The desire to perform detailed work
• A Friendly personality and enjoys assisting customers
• Ability to work in a structured environment
• PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
• A Type speed minimum of 25 words per minuet
• A High School Diploma or GED and must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• A minimum of 6 months of Sales experience is preferred – this is a sales position and you will be held to sales metrics

This position pays $10.50 to $12.50 depending on the program.

Bonus structure can earn top performers up to $16.00 per hour!
