Sr Specialist FMOC Part-Time 1st Shift

About This Opportunity As an FMOC specialist, you will provide phone, alarm and email support to Target store team members, Facilities Management field team members and external vendors for a multitude of assets and services in and around our Target facilities. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. Computer UsageYou will be performing much of your daily tasks on a computer. You will need to understand various office software programs as well as being proficient on various job specific programs.Call or Contact CenterYou will be handling high volumes of contacts which include alarms, phone calls, emails and/or work orders for a wide variety of Target Assets. You are expected to meet or exceed designated productivity and quality goals while providing a Target brand experience on every communication.Facilities ManagementYou are responsible for helping maintain a wide variety of Target assets by helping to identify or validate issues, determine appropriate actions to correct issues and support resolution.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation Expectations: High School diploma or equivalent Job Related Experience: No experience required Specific Experience: Excellent written and oral communication Intermediate computer skills Customer service focused Team player; models Target brand Demonstrated technical aptitude Ability to multitask Detail-oriented Problem solving and decision making skills Able to work a flexible work schedule Yes Physical Abilities: Physical repetitive tasks (eg.
