- Provide services of the highest level including, but not limited to; travel reservations, restaurant reservations, obtaining entertainment tickets, purchasing gifts, and floral orders
- Provide the customer with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness
- Organize travel from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodations, securing rental transportation etc.
- Use professional telephone etiquette in handling customer requests
- Diagnose the customers’ specifications and wishes; suggest suitable options
- Create and update electronic records of customers in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- 1+ years experience in an upscale customer support environment, preferably in high end travel, hostpitality, restaurant or luxury services is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Exemplary customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity of PC-based internet and software applications
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Competitive base hourly wage of $13.50 plus:
- $0.50 increase at 90 days
- $0.50 increase at 6 months
- $1.00 increase at 1 year
- Ongoing performance increases each year thereafter
